The Charles Stuart School was established as a training facility in 1980, and has provided professional training programs for over twenty years. Fully licensed by NYS Education Department, accredited by ACCSCT (Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology), approved as a vendor for US Veterans Affairs, VESID, DVRS and the School is also certified for federal and state financial aid programs. The School's began its Locksmithing program in 1992, and is the only licensed Locksmithing School in New York State.

The Academy was founded in 1992 on a belief that a top qualify education in filmmaking should be accessible to anyone with the drive and ambition to make films. The Academy opened its doors in 1992 in Robert DeNiro‘s Tribeca Film Center. Since that time we have grown into our own facilities in Manhattan‘s Union Square and Soho. Career Blazers Learning Center was established in 1980 by its parent company Career Blazers Staffing Services.
