Carmine’s is a family style, value-driven restaurant concept with locations in NYC, NJ, Nassau Bahamas, and very soon in Washington DC. Restaurateur Artie Cutler created Carmine’s with one goal in mind: to open a restaurant that would serve every meal in the style of an Italian American wedding feast, featuring extra large portions of home-style antipasto, pastas, seafood and meat entrees served on extra large platters designed for sharing. Carmine’s is the perfect place to casually enjoy friends and family over great food and wine, with excellent service, the way it used to be at grandma’s house.

B. Smith's on Restaurant Row serves a Global-Eclectic menu featuring B.'s interpretations of cuisines from around the globe. The bar is almost always bustling for happy hour with a hip multi-ethnic clientele including the theater crowd, business and entertainment executives, tourists, and viewers familiar with B. from her TV show and publications. This list also includes everyone from heads of state and captains of industry to artists, celebrities and the guy and gal next door. Sunday Brunch, served until 3pm, features a selection of gourmet omelets and Pan Scrambled Eggs, Sweet Potato Pancakes, French Toasted Butter Crackle Brioche and a Petrossian Smoked Salmon Platter.

The Marrow is a contemporary German and Italian restaurant located amidst picturesque brownstones and cobblestone streets in the West Village. Run by Chef Harold Dieterle and Alicia Nosenzo, owners of nearby Perilla and Kin Shop, the restaurant aims to be a neighborhood restaurant as much as a destination. The food is inspired by the ethnic heritage of Harold’s parents, reflecting his father’s German ancestry and mother’s Italian lineage. To complement The Marrow’s menu, Alicia Nosenzo and Beverage Director Jill Roberts, have created an extensive, yet approachable beverage program that includes nearly 400 wines, with a strong emphasis on Italian, German, and Austrian producers. Specialty cocktails and a curated selection of craft beers will also be available. The refined, yet casual dining room brings together the regional spirit that is featured on the menu and features a large L-shaped granite bar, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a soon to open 20-seat private dining room.

Frankie Bastone, uncle frank to those who know him best, opened a storefront restaurant in the Bronx in 1969. His family-style meals, made with recipes taught to him by his mother back home in the hills of Calabria Italy, soon made Frankie the toast of the town. As word about Frankie’s cooking continued to spread, the pine restaurant was transformed from the Bronx’s “best kept secret”, to the landmark restaurant it is today. On July 14, 1980 the Marina Cafe opened its doors to Staten Island.
