On July 14, 1980 the Marina Cafe opened its doors to Staten Island. It was then that it began dedicating ourselves to pleasing guests and providing only the highest quality and freshest foods available. The Marina Cafe's policy of pleasing has been its primary standard and celebrating 30 years in business is by far the greatest reward.

The charming Garden Cafe offers an international menu that combines American and European influences. The Garden Cafe caters to the most discerning palette. Born in St Angelo dei Lombardi in the Italian province of Avellino, Chef Sena came to attending New Utrecht High School in Brooklyn, Stefano studied culinary arts as an apprentice at the Alps Restaurant here on Staten Island under owner/chef Gerard Campitiello. Upon graduation from high school Stefano embarked on a 12-month regional Italian cuisine apprenticeship in Genoa, Italy after which he continued his education at the highly esteemed Culinary Institute of America (CIA).

Cascina means farmhouse in the Italian language – a welcoming structure typically found in the rolling vineyards of Italy, exuding warmth and bursting with delicious food, excellent wines and sincere hospitality. história do LA MOLE começa em abril de 1958, quando o italiano Domenico Magliano fundou a pequena Sorveteria e Pizzaria La Mole, na Rua Dias Ferreira, no Leblon. O restaurante foi se expandindo e diversificando sua cozinha, introduzindo novos conceitos na gastronomia carioca, como o famoso couvert e o medalhão à piamontesa. Com público extremamente fiel, o restaurante do Leblon é o começo da "cultura" LA MOLE como tradição carioca. Em 1974, o LA MOLE chegou à Barra. Hoje são 15 lojas, espalhadas pelos melhores bairros do Rio de Janeiro e Niterói, priorizando sempre em manter a qualidade de seus produtos e aprimorar cada vez mais seus pratos, ambientes e atendimento.

Carnes maturadas, importadas da Argentina. Peixes na brasa ou grelhados, como o salmão. Palmito natural assado, extraído de plantações que preservam o meio ambiente. O Restaurante Lamas sempre foi um reduto da boêmia carioca, um ponto de encontro de jornalistas, políticos, artistas, intelectuais, empresários e estudantes. Tudo começou no Largo do Machado (o endereço era Rua do Catete 295), em 4 de abril de 1874, no bar fundado pelo português Francisco Tomé dos Santos Lamas. O Lamas era uma eterna festa, permanecia aberto 24 horas por dia. Entre os seus mais assíduos frequentadores, Getúlio Vargas lá, ia tomar chá. Oswaldo Aranha diariamente comia um filé incrementado (que acabou sendo batizado com seu nome), Paulo Gracindo, Carlos Lacerda, Carmen Miranda, Juscelino Kubitschek, Chacrinha, Dercy Gonçalves, Albino Pinheiro, Grande Otelo, Chico Caruso, Jaguar e o pessoal da antiga UNE. Entre os visitantes ocasionais, os mais conhecidos foram Noel Rosa (depois das noitadas na Lapa), Orson Welles, Rachel Welch, Catherine Deneuve e Bianca Jagger.
