O restaurante Rondinella surgiu no dia 13 de janeiro de 1997, oferecendo self-service de alta gastronomia a um preço acessível. Localizado no shopping Diamond Mall, o restaurante se destaca pelo seu requinte e pela dedicação da família, que apostou na idéia e hoje colhe os resultados positivos. Foi construído um pequeno salão com mesas, onde além do self-service, o restaurante passou a atender pedidos a la carte. No mesmo ano, a idéia de abrir uma nova loja começa a surgir. Com a popularidade do restaurante aumentando, os convites para abrir lojas em outros shoppings e cidades começam a aparecer, surgindo também a possibilidade de se criar franquias. Hoje, a empresa cada vez mais profissional, amplia os negócios sem perder a qualidade de seus produtos e do seu atendimento, mantendo todo seu charme.
