Northeast USA Malls & Shopping Centers

    Laurel Commons, Maryland

14828 Baltimore Avenue - Laurel, MD
The center formerly known as Laurel Mall is undergoing a major redevelopment to become Laurel Commons. The redevelopment will transform the range of Laurel’s retail offerings, increase pedestrian traffic into the center and reestablish the connectivity between the mall and its community.
And its modern yet charming design will feature stores, restaurants and a new 16-screen, stadium-seating movie theater.
Laurel’s changing demographics have created the perfect climate for all these improvements. The surrounding communities are experiencing unprecedented growth, with residents from two major metropolitan areas – Washington, DC, and Baltimore, Maryland – pushing out into the City of Laurel. Incomes are rising. And residents are demanding a shopping, dining and entertainment experience like this in their market area.
