On July 11, 2007, the mall opened its new Regal Cinemas Stadium 16 theater. The facility covers 68,000 square feet and includes approximately 3,100 seats. The old 6-screen theater in the food court area has converted into an extended food court. The food court now contains a Subway, Stir Fry 88, and Knockout Burgers. Sbarro is moving into the new section along with a new laser tag operation. The mall has also just finished new flooring throughout.

Cumberland Mall is located in Vineland, NJ, on Route 47 (Delsea Drive) at Route 55 (Exit 27). Recently the NJDOT created a special ramp that channels traffic into the mall from Route 55 NB. Cumberland Mall is strategically positioned 25 miles (40 km) away from its nearest competitor, 45 miles (72 km) south of Philadelphia, PA and on route to the Southern New Jersey Shore Points.
