For the past 14 years, T.Carlton's has become one of the fastest growing salons in Long Island. He was going out to buy a suit and tie, as wife Christine tried to not let that happen. They instead started their search for a perfect little 5 station salon. From there, T.Carlton's has gradually developed into a 65 employee, 32 design station, a full service day spa, and a line of haircare products within their 6000sq. ft of retail space.
