Recently, a plan has been approved to expand the mall in order to create a "lifestyle" shopping complex. With these additions, a fashion wing will be devoted to connecting Nordstrom to Macy's with high-end boutiques, several other smaller anchors, more dining options, and other new stores. By the end of 2009, these upgrades will be complete to bring Westfield Montgomery more in line with the massive Tysons Corner Center in nearby McLean, Virginia. Source

Located north of the city of Wilmington, Delaware, in the unincorporated Brandywine Hundred area along U.S. Route 202. The Almart later became a Jefferson Ward (Montgomery Ward-owned discounter), and was then a Bradlees for a brief time until it was demolished for a Sears.
