Born in St Angelo dei Lombardi in the Italian province of Avellino, Chef Sena came to attending New Utrecht High School in Brooklyn, Stefano studied culinary arts as an apprentice at the Alps Restaurant here on Staten Island under owner/chef Gerard Campitiello.
