After two decades of competing around the world, and winning numerous gold medals, Salvatore was accepted to the United States Olympic team. Salvatore and his team members, not only strived for the gold during the 2002 Olympics, but attained it. Salvatore realized he met his goal when he was awarded the title of world champion.

T.Carlton's began as an idea of Thomas and Christine Carlton in 1992. Thomas was on the verge off quitting the industry all together. He had difficulty finding a company to work for that took the profession and the clients as seriously as he did. He was going out to buy a suit and tie, as wife Christine tried to not let that happen. They instead started their search for a perfect little 5 station salon. From there, T.Carlton's has gradually developed into a 65 employee, 32 design station, a full service day spa, and a line of haircare products within their 6000sq. ft of retail space.

Throughout the years, George Buckner has attained the title as "The Hair Doctor." His clients come from near and far. A great many of his clients have been with him for twenty years or more.
