Hudson Valley CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning course focused on constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Group exercise classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. Cycling classes are 45 minutes. Small Group Training classes are 60 minutes. Registration is required.
