Through 35 years of teaching experience, Darwin Haynes has developed a well rounded, traditional martial arts program that is rooted in Tang Soo Do, but includes techniques and theories gathered from many different styles of Martial arts. Gabriel Sensei lived and trained in Japan from 1973-1978. While in Japan, he trained at the Aikikai Hombu Dojo under the direction of Kishomaru Ueshiba. Gabriel Sensei also studied privately with Masuda Shihan at this time. He has been a self-defense instructor to supreme court justices in Beirut, Lebanon. Gabriel Sensei is the founder of Aikikai in Lebanon with headquarters in Beirut as well as the official Aikikai representative for that region.

Porta's Karate-Do & Kobudo Academy was established in 1966 by Sensei John Porta. The Academy offers programs in three martial arts: Karate, Kobudo (traditional Okinawan weapons), and Tai Chi Chuan.
