  Historic Monument Avenue - Richmond, VA           
Dillard's opened at Willow Lawn in 1998, replacing the former Belk. This Dillard's did not last long, however, and was closed by 2004. The former Dillard's was soon replaced with Gold's Gym and Ross Dress For Less. Barnes & Noble, which opened in the 1990s, moved out in 2000 and was replaced with Staples.
Federal Realty began a renovation of the mall in 2005, taking a portion of the enclosed mall and returning it to an open-air strip. Also in 2005, Ben Franklin Crafts (which was formerly an outparcel) and K & G Fashion Superstore moved into the mall, the latter replacing most of the food court. Tower Records closed in 2006. Source
    The Mall at Steamtown, Pennsylvania
  300 Lackawanna Avenue 8503 - Scranton, PA           
The Mall at Steamtown opened with 65 retailers and 3 anchors: Boscov's, Montgomery Ward and The Globe. The Globe, an historic Scranton retailer, was connected to the mall via the bridge space. Unfortunately, the struggling anchor closed its doors in 1995. The building has since been redeveloped and is now known as Metro Tech Center, home of Diversified Information Technologies.

Security Square Mall is a large mall in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland, United States. Named for its proximity to the Social Security Administration headquarters, the mall features over 100 stores and restaurants, as well as a food court, with Burlington Coat Factory, Macy's, Old Navy and Sears serving as anchor stores. One section of the mall, Seoul Plaza, includes Korean shops, restaurants and the New Light African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church. Modell's Sporting Goods at Security closed down in the summer of 2008 and now is a USA Discounters store. Source

  Route 1 & Quakerbridge Rd. - Lawrenceville, NJ            
Quaker Bridge Mall is a two-level, major shopping center located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, on U.S. Route 1 near Interstate 295. The mall opened in 1975, and has over 120 retail establishments. Owned by Kravco Simon, the mall's anchor stores include J.C. Penney, Lord & Taylor, Macy's, Old Navy and Sears. It is also the location of the transmitter for the New Jersey-based radio station WKXW-FM, better known as New Jersey 101.5.
To accommodate the upcoming expansion of the mall, the JCPenney department store is expected to close and relocate to the southern area of the mall (adjacent to Sears) with an expected open date of Fall 2009. Source

Bristol Mall is the only regional shopping mall serving Bristol, Virginia. The mall was built in the early to mid 1970s. The mall is notable to the area because it was at one time the largest enclosed indoor mall in the Upper East Tennessee/Southwest Virginia area.[citation needed] Anchor stores of the mall comprise two Belk stores, as well as JCPenney and Sears. One of the Belk stores was previously Parks-Belk, while the other, which opened as Miller's Department Store, later became Hess's and then Proffitt's.
Bristol Mall has the usual mix of restaurants, mall services, fast food, and other typical mall stores, as well as a movie theater. There are also nine food establishments including Chick-Fil-A, Subway, and Piccadilly Cafeterias. With Bristol being the home of country music, long before Knoxville or Nashville, for many years there has been a museum at the mall, showcasing the legacy this left to the area. Source

    Fox Run Mall, New Hampshire

The Fox Run Mall is a shopping mall in Newington, New Hampshire, just north of Portsmouth. Its main anchor stores include J. C. Penney, Macy's Men's & Home Store (formerly Jordan Marsh), Macy's Women's (formerly Filene's) and Sears. The mall has over 100 stores all on one level. In January 2007, the Danbury Fair Mall began the process of an interior renovation, which was completed in spring 2008. The mall received new lighting fixtures which replaced the original globe bulb lighting, new stone style floors which replaced the original tan, brown, and green tile floors, soft seating areas through-out the mall, new stained wood accents, and new paint. Located north of the city of Wilmington, Delaware, in the unincorporated Brandywine Hundred area along U.S. Route 202. The mall is located a short distance south of the Pennsylvania border and it attracts shoppers from Pennsylvania and other neighboring states wishing to take advantage of tax-free shopping in Delaware. The mall opened in stages over a period of several years. The first of the mall was an Almart, a now-defunct discounter, which opened in 1965. In 1971, a Pomeroy's (now-defunct department store chain) was added. The Almart later became a Jefferson Ward (Montgomery Ward-owned discounter), and was then a Bradlees for a brief time until it was demolished for a Sears. It contains over 90 stores and is owned by Allied Properties. Source
