Established in 1986, Deneille's Dance & Exercise Studio opened it's doors with the intension of teaching each and every single student on an individual basis; concentrating on a students particular strenghts and interests offering a complete and quality curriculum in all areas of dance. 23 years later while the world has changed in many ways our standard of excellence remains. Although we have adapted to the modern world, we still insist on teaching and training with a good old fashined touch; that includes knowing every one of our students by their first name and knowing something special about them. The foundation of any dance company is its energy and creative artistry. Here at IBC and The Lindt Ballet Theater, companies can be proud of the artistic directorship of Rosemarie Lindt-Piccolo who not only has brought with her experience in working with such legendary performers as Maurice Bejart, Roland Petit and Mathilde Kschessinskaya, but her training with the world famous Madame Nora Kiss forms a link to history's greatest dancers such as Pavlova and Carlotta Brianza. Ms. Lindt-Piccolo has also studied with the great choreographer Kurt Jooss, and has extensively studied various dance forms such as Classical Spanish, Modern Tap, Pas de Deux, and the Rudolf von Laban method of Kinetography.

Fancy Feet Instructors give back to the community by donating their time and expertise to the local schools. <br> Fancy Feet boasts a director with thirty six years of teaching experience, twenty nine years in business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance, Drama and Theater, who trains every instructor in her philosophy and style of teaching. The School reflects the spirit of the Mark Morris Dance Group in its celebration of dance and music. We believe that the study of various dance forms and music is essential to a child's education and development. We offer a diverse range of classes for all ages and strive to be a center of creative activity for children, community residents and professional dancers. <br> In addition to incorporating music and singing courses, we are now able to offer more classes overall with the opening of our newest ground floor studio. The recently expanded space also includes a lobby reception desk, ground floor lounge area, bathrooms, and locker rooms. <br> Remember, we offer flexible enrollment plans - per semester or in advance for the full year - to fit your family's needs. If you enroll your child for both semesters at the beginning of the fall season, you recieve a special discount. Diva Dance is a studio that sets itself apart from the rest. We offer a fun and friendly atmosphere with super Diva style that offers dance classes to ages 1 1/2 through adult. Class Levels range from beginner level just starting out in the world of dance all the way to professional level of training for the serious dancer. A non-profit organization dedicated to extending the dream, dance legacy, and indomitable spirit of Isadora Duncan. The Foundation is based in New York City and supports the work of its resident performing troupe, Lori Belilove & The Isadora Duncan Dance Company. The Company offers hundreds of performances annually of Isadora's original choreography as passed down through generations of Duncan dancers, in addition to new works, educational workshops and creative programs that nurture the soul and lift the spirit.

The Frank Ohman School of Ballet was founded in 1979 by Frank Ohman, former soloist at New York City Ballet (NYCB) and is one of the few remaining direct links to the teaching of George Balanchine. Currently located in Commack, the school serves as a training ground for promising young dancers and offers aspiring students the opportunity to learn classical ballet in the tradition of George Balanchine. The Frank Ohman School of Ballet will guide your child from first steps to advanced technique, while instilling joy for this timeless art form. The school is a non-competition, non-recital school focusing on proper classical technique.

Founded by award winning Irish dancer Nicole Dimone T.C.R.G. At the young age of 6, Nicole was introduced to the world of Irish Dance by her grandmother, who instilled in her the love and appreciation for all things Irish. Nicole began her journey at the Inishfree School of Irish Dance, under the instruction of Neil and Sean Reagan. Nicole had the opportunity to attend several workshops given by Anthony Costello, a noted teacher and adjudicator from Limerick, Ireland. She then continued her dancing career at the Mulvihill Lynch School of Irish Dance.

We strive to afford all of our students an opportunity for creative self-expression without the unnecessary pressure of professional "competition." We believe that the confidence, poise, and enrichment dance provides is valuable to the development of all children, and that, above all, it should be a positive, rewarding, and fun learning experience. We offer Latin & Ballroom dance classes for men, women, children and couples. The Berest Dance Center has operated in Port Washington since 1976. It is family owned with Olga Berest as director and Heather Berest, joining her mom as artistic director in 2006. The instructors genuinely care about what they're doing, and it shows in how they connect with each dancer in the room. Beth Jucovy has performed extensively and given workshops and classes in Duncan, ballet, modern, and jazz techniques both in the US and throughout Europe and Israel. She choreographs for and directs Dance Visions, a professional company performing works of contemporary choreographers, as well as the works of major dance pioneers. Dance Visions has been the recipient of over fifteen NYSCA decentralization grants. The company performs throughout Long Island and the NY metropolitan area. Beth also danced for a decade with Andrew Jannetti and Dancers, performing frequently at many NYC venues. She was a soloist with the Downtown Ballet Company for six years, as well as with Ameridance International, a jazz dance company based in Munich, Germany. She is an Isadora Duncan dance specialist trained since childhood by Julia Levien. She had also worked intensively with Anna Sokolow. She has received critical acclaim in the major NY papers as well as abroad for her performances
