Em agosto de 1991, Leonardo Wenceslau e Elaine Reis fundaram a Academia de Dança e Arte Pé de Valsa, concretizando o sonho de ter uma escola com uma nova didática no ensino da dança de salão. Nestes 18 anos de funcionamento, mais de 5 mil alunos já passaram pela Academia, que, hoje, tem dois endereços em Belo Horizonte: nos bairros Cidade Jardim e Carlos Prates.

Claudio Affonso sempre acreditou em um ideal: A Dança como um caminho para a Felicidade.
Em 1994, iniciou sua carreira profissional, onde começou a ministrar aulas em diversas academias da cidade, e logo já estava sendo convidado para participar de eventos, festas, feiras e convenções.
Com o passar dos anos, os convites para shows e aulas foram aumentando e então viu a necessidade da criação de uma Cia de Dança, onde desde fevereiro de 2001 vem atuando profissionalmente em diversos eventos.
Há 12 anos Cláudio estabeleceu uma parceria com SESC Ramos (além das aulas do SESC Cinelândia), onde ministra aulas dos mais diversos ritmos da Dança de Salão, com capacidade total para 300 alunos e uma atuação efetiva da Cia de Dança nas mais diversas áreas.

Above all, the ten fully-mirrored, sprung-floored, climate-controlled studios are filled with natural light-and limitless inspiration.
On any given day, casual enthusiasts and aspiring professionals may take class alongside seasoned veterans from Broadway, the opera, and the major dance companies, including New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Paris Opera, Kirov and Royal Ballets, Boston Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance, Complexions and Martha Graham. The place teems with energy and verve. Steps in essence, is a cultural hub and a cosmopolitan treasure.

The parking is unlimited and the oversized waiting areas have flatscreen tv monitors for viewing. The dance floors are specially designed and sprung for protection from injury while jumping or leaping.

Champion Irish dancer and former lead of Riverdance, Kathleen Ryan, has expanded Ryan Irish Dance Academy to five locations across Nassau County.
Miss Kathleen has been dancing for more than 25 years, launching her international career with Riverdance on Broadway in 2000 and touring widely across North America with the iconic Celtic company until April 2005.

A Academia Rose Mansur foi inaugurada em 1985. e nesses seus 23 anos de existência tem procurado sempre manter seus objetivos: “integrar a arte ao processo educacional, a fim de manter o mais alto padrão de ensino de dança”.

Inaugurado em 26 de novembro de 1998 por inspiração de Márcia Simone Olinto, o Lyceu Escola de Dança é um espaço voltado para arte e um centro de formação de nível profissionalizante.
O Lyceu destaca-se pela qualificação de seus professores, por sua metodologia de ensino e por promover espetáculos nos principais festivais de dança no país e no exterior.
No Lyceu todas as faixas etárias são beneficiadas: crianças, adolescentes, adultos e terceira idade. Há diversas atividades para todos. "As atividades do Lyceu não são privilégio apenas dos bailarinos. Elas são para todos que buscam saúde e prazer, em qualquer idade."

Battery Dance Company is dedicated to the pursuit of artistic excellence and the availability of the Arts to everyone. An integral part of the fabric of New York City for 30 years, Battery supports the creative process; educates children in the New York City schools; enriches the general public through local programs and performances, national and international tours, and international arts exchange programs.
Based in Lower Manhattan, Battery Dance Company has produced nearly 100 original dance works choreographed by its founder and artistic director Jonathan Hollander, in collaboration with a diverse array of composers and designers, and its cast of outstanding dancers.

Com aulas de Ballet Clássico, Jazz, Dança Moderna, Dança Espanhola, Dança do Ventre, Sapateado, Baby Class e uma concepção ampla de Arte e Educação, o CAND apresenta o seu Programa infanto-juvenil de Dança.
O programa além das aulas técnicas e teóricas – com avaliações semestrais – realiza as “Noites de Performances” em sua própria sede e encerra seus trabalhos anuais com um grande espetáculo, proporcionando à seus alunos uma experiência artística inesquecível.

Carlinhos de Niterói - Professor, bailarino e coreógrafo, segue a metodologia do seu mestre Jaime Arôxa por 15 anos. Inaugurou a filial Jaime Arôxa Niterói no dia 07/7/2001. Se formou em Dança de Salão e Coreografia pela Universidade Estácio de Sá no dia 4 de julho de 2008. Viaja para Buenos Aires uma ou duas vezes ao ano levando alunos para passeio e para reciclagem de tango.

A Academia de Dança Jimmy de Oliveira dispõe de generoso espaço com aproximadamente 200 m2 e está localizado à Rua do Catete, 112 - sobrado, ao lado do metrô. O ensino enfatiza o desenvolvimento da coordenação motora equilíbrio, flexibilidade, musicalidade, socialização e logicamente a arte de dançar.
O aprendizado pode ser iniciado pelos passos básicos, dependendo da desenvoltura do aluno e, gradativamente as exigências técnicas irão aumentando com o natural aperfeiçoamento de cada um (a). O Estúdio conta com ar condicionado, mesas e serviço de bar.

O Studio Sauer Danças, um dos mais respeitados no universo da dança e do ballet clássico e moderno em todo o Brasil, é responsável pela formação de diversos profissionais que trabalham nas melhores Companhias do país e do mundo. O corpo docente do Studio é composto por nomes consagrados na arte da dança.
O ballet clássico do studio é dirigido pelo Professor Jean-Marie Dubrul, francês, ex-coreógrafo do corpo de baile do Teatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro e um dos precursores no ensino de balé para adultos no país há 30 anos. Entre as suas alunas mais assíduas, estão as atrizes Alinne Moraes, Letícia Spiller, Luana Piovani, Paula Burlamaqui e Carolina Dieckmann, que descobriram o poder da prática no condicionamento físico. .

Cathy's Dance Studio was founded in 1956 by Miss Cathy Dooley and has carried out one tradition for over the past 53 years - a mission of sharing the art of dance with children of all ages and adding the excitement of cutting edge dance techniques.
Miss Cathy had a vision of bringing quality dance instruction at affordable prices to every student who had the desire to dance. And she shared that vision with the people of Astoria for over 26 years.
Today, Miss Michelle continues Cathy's Dance Studio's mission by fostering the arts in our community and attracting dancers from all of New York City's five boroughs, as well as Long Island, upstate New York, and New Jersey.
