Through 35 years of teaching experience, Darwin Haynes has developed a well rounded, traditional martial arts program that is rooted in Tang Soo Do, but includes techniques and theories gathered from many different styles of Martial arts. These include Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Muy Thai, and modern Law Enforcement and Military concepts. We believe that any style may have something useful to offer, and because we do not limit ourselves to one small minded curriculum our style is constantly evolving and becoming even more complete.

Head instructor Joe D'Arce holds a black belt under the Renzo Gracie lineage and brings real competitive credibility from his own national and international tournament history. His enthusiasm for the craft naturally spreads through the roster, pushing every member to chase their own ceiling. The results speak for themselves in how the gym consistently places well across matches and competitions. Classes run regularly under Joe's direction, and new people are welcome to drop in and get a feel for what training looks like here. You'll find the facility tucked conveniently near Sagtikos Parkway in Suffolk County on Long Island.

Theodorou Academy Jiu-Jitsu has been offering instruction and training in Ju-Jitsu since 1994. Located in Selden, NY, Theodorou Academy Jiu-Jitsu has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts. <br> Headed by Phil Theodorou (5th degree black belt/Master) and a staff of expert instructors, Theodorou Academy Jiu-Jitsu offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in Ju-Jitsu.

"The Martial Arts Studio is an established school (over 20 years) located in Forest Hills, NY. Our students learn Goshin Jujitsu (Japanese Grappling). We also offer Kajukenbo training which is a very practical form of martial art. Kyokushin Karate New York City is the only Headquarters- Direct branch of the I.K.O. Kyokushinkaikan outside of Japan. This school was officially authorized by Grand Master Mas Oyama in 1994 and Shihan Katsuhito Gorai was the last Branch Representative to be appointed personally by the legendary founder himself before his untimely death that same year.

Welcome to the Bujinkan New York Dojo (BNYD) website, one of New York State's oldest Bujinkan schools offering lessons in the ancient samurai and ninja martial arts. Affiliated with the Bujinkan Hombu Dojo in Japan since the early 1980s, here training focuses on traditional lessons and their modern applications. <br> All students work together during classes to challenge their potentials while learning various martial art skills and principles.
