Localizada num ambiente confortável no bairro de Lourdes em Belo Horizonte, a Academia possui três salas amplas para aulas e dois vestiários.
Em parceria com o SESC – Serviço Social do Comércio, a Companhia oferece aulas em duas unidades de Belo Horizonte.
Por acreditar no poder libertador da arte, desenvolve há 4 anos, o Projeto Minarte, com integrantes com idades entre cinco e quinze anos. Mas a academia oferece aulas para alunos de todas as idades.A proposta é ensinar a dançar, oferecendo momentos agradáveis nas aulas e nos eventos.
Proporciona através da dança; técnica, beleza e elegância nos movimentos. Se preocupa também em fazer novas amizades nos espaços de convívio.

Established by artistic director Igal Perry in 1983. Since its inception, the Center's goal has been to provide a broad spectrum of dance education within a nurturing and professional environment, preparing dancers for the continually evolving international dance arena. The school at Peridance Center offers an open program of classes, a comprehensive Foreign Students Program, and a graded children's program named the PeriChild Program. The Center is also the home of Peridance Ensemble, the renowned contemporary dance company.
Peridance Center is located in a beautiful landmark building, one block south of Union Square in the Greenwich Village area of Manhattan. This location is currently being renovated to accommodate 6 large, professionally equipped studios featuring high ceilings, column free space, sprung floors, pianos and excellent sound systems. The ground floor features a state-of-the-art theater, a coffee shop, and a Capezio dance store. |

We specialize in the instruction of all ballroom, latin, disco and club style dancing, including Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Salsa, Mambo, Rumba, Samba, Merengue, Cha Cha, Swing, Lindy, and Hustle, and teach both American and International style dancing.

Founded under the basis of love and adoration for dance. From the very first class taught in 2003, each studio room, faculty member, and student wreaked the passion for dance. Owner Stefanie Salaman has devoted herself to building a studio of excellence and pure respect to the dance education. The dance educators at Performers Edge are dedicated to giving each and every student the personal attention they deserve and support they need to continue as well as enjoy their dance experience.
Performers Edge is located in the heart of Throgs Neck where there is much of a family oriented environment. Our waiting room and office are located in the front of the building so help can always be attained and a family, fun atmosphere set. |

The launching of a dance company in 2004 and expansion into the beautiful, spacious studios on Prospect Avenue is a longtime goal realized. These seven years of extraordinary growth, since June of 2002, are a testament to Ms. King's dedication to creating an atmosphere that provides a fertile training ground for dancers and a place for teachers/choreographers to present new and original works. Her innovative curriculum embraces traditional to emerging styles, inspiring dancers to strive for both technical excellence and meaningful artistry.

Torres's mother, a hospital worker; his father an inventive plumber, sparked Eddie's knack for inventing. No dancers or musicians in the gene pool to Eddie's best knowledge.

Jorday Rivera is a remarkable woman who leads a double life. By day, Jorday is an honorary Pre Med. Graduate student at St. John's University. The head intern for the chief of cardiology at The Parkway Hospital for the past four years. Within the next six months Jorday will attend either NYU or Columbia Medical School. She will study Neonatal and later become a heart surgeon and open her own practice.

Ms. King began dancing professionally in 1978 and has been teaching and choreographing since 1986. She directed the dance departments of St. Peter School, St. Mary and Holy Rosary Schools in Jersey City and has taught in Brooklyn at P.S. 315, School of Performing Arts, Poly Prep, Maple Street School, I.S. 62 Performing Arts Department, Flatbush Tompkins, Bridge Street Head Start, and even the Fort Hamilton Army Base. Ms. King has been credited by the Department of Education with developing "one of the most comprehensive dance programs in the district."

A non-profit organization dedicated to extending the dream, dance legacy, and indomitable spirit of Isadora Duncan. The Foundation is based in New York City and supports the work of its resident performing troupe, Lori Belilove & The Isadora Duncan Dance Company. The Company offers hundreds of performances annually of Isadora's original choreography as passed down through generations of Duncan dancers, in addition to new works, educational workshops and creative programs that nurture the soul and lift the spirit.

The original center for dance, musical theatre and performance in Park Slope for both Children and Adults. In September we begin our 34th year of business in this community. Our facility, new construction in 2007, is located at 630 Sackett Street (between 3rd and 4th Avenues) and offers: large, state of the art dance floors - both floating and sprung, central air conditioning and heating, storefront access for ease with strollers, less street congestion for those who drive, public transportation 1 block away on both buses and subway and close to schools in Park Slope, Carroll Gardens and Gowanus neighborhoods.

Ana Vitória é professora de Técnica de Dança Contemporânea e Composição Coreográfica de duas Universidades de dança na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Criada em 1985, a Escola recebeu, inicialmente, o nome de Escola de Dança Chiquinha Gonzaga. Posteriormente, mudou de nome, em homenagem a Maria Antonieta, professora de Jaime Arôxa. Em 1986, já com 800 alunos, tornou-se oficialmente a Escola de Dança e Centro Cultural Jaime Arôxa, de acordo com alguns, um pequeno paraíso no meio da selva de pedra carioca

O ensino enfatiza o desenvolvimento da coordenação motora equilíbrio, flexibilidade, musicalidade, socialização e logicamente a arte de dançar.
O aprendizado pode ser iniciado pelos passos básicos, dependendo da desenvoltura do aluno e, gradativamente as exigências técnicas irão aumentando com o natural aperfeiçoamento de cada um (a). O Estúdio conta com ar condicionado, mesas e serviço de bar. |
